“I got a deeper understanding of agriculture and the feeling of helping others.” Justin, Intern 2021

I think it was a really good learning experience. I feel like I could identify certain plants that I couldn’t before just by looking at their leaves. Meeting new people was also something I really enjoyed, and I feel liked we all got really close.” –Lucie, 2020 Intern

“I enjoyed seeing big tasks come to completion and making a difference in my community.” –Alex, 2020 Intern

“We bring the produce that comes from [Gideon’s Garden] to [The People’s Pantry], which helps out quite a lot because most times they run out…so clearly people like it.” Cage, Taft’s Fellowship 2022 “I am taking home a lesson about dirt and how we living things depend on each other to make an ecosystem.” Abigail, Intern 2021
